REGISTRATION DEADLINE: On or before Friday September 19, 2025.
HANGING FEES: The $25 hanging fee can be paid by e-transfer or in person at the Art Work Drop-Off on October 2, 2025.
ARTWORK DROP OFF: Thursday, October 2, between 9 am and 12 pm at Centennial Hall.
**Bring your completed SUBMITTED ARTWORK form and BAA Artwork Identification Tags, duely completed and attached to your artwork. Please review linear inch calculation and painting tag information example in our Exhibition Handbook.
VERNISSAGE: Friday, October 3, from 7 to 9:30 pm.
EXHIBITION: Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5, from 10 am to 5 pm.
FINISSAGE: Sunday, October 5, from 3 to 5 pm.
GROUP PHOTO: 5 pm Sunday October 5. All are welcome.
PICK UP: All unsold artwork must be picked up Sunday, October 5, after 5:10 pm. Please sign the waiver as you exit.
