Exhibit Registration

MAY 2024 Exhibition Guidelines 

REGISTRATION: Either online or in person at April General Meeting.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Must be received on or before April 17th, 2024.


There are no hanging fees or 15% donation for this exhibition. One artwork per exhibitor, 32 total linear inches, including frame.


ART WORK DROP OFF:Wednesday, May 1, 2024 between 10 am and 12 pm at the Beaconsfield Library.


Artwork must be ready to hang as per EXHIBITION HANDBOOK. You will also be requested to sign the waiver (refer to example).


VERNISSAGE: Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 12 pm to 4:30 pm.


EXHIBITION: May 2nd to 30th, 2024 during Beaconsfield Library’s regularly scheduled open hours.


GROUP PHOTO: 4:30 pm Sunday May 5th, 2024. All are welcome..


PICK UP: All unsold artwork must be picked up Friday, May 31, 2024, between 10 am and 12 pm. Please sign the waiver as you exit..
