Exhibit Registration

APRIL 2024 EXPO Exhibition Guidelines 

REGISTRATION: Either online or in person at March General Meeting.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Must be received on or before March 21, 2024.

The 25$ hanging fee can be made in person at the Art Work Drop-Off or by e-transfer with your online registration at payments@artbeaconsfield.com.

ART WORK DROP OFF: Thursday, April 4, 2024 between 9 am and 12 pm at Centennial Hall.

The Hanging Committee will inspect your dried, framed and ready-to-hang works. You will also be requested to sign the waiver and fill out BAA painting tags.

VERNISSAGE: Friday, April 5, 2024, from 7 to 9:30 pm.

EXHIBITION: Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 10 am to 5 pm.

GROUP PHOTO: 5 pm Sunday April 7, 2024.

PICK UP: All unsold artwork must be picked up Sunday, April 7, 2024, after 5:10 pm. Please sign the waiver as you exit.
